失重给料系统在闪速冶炼中的应用

摘　　要：贵冶1~#闪速炉是国内最早建成的现代化富氧冶炼炉窑之一,随着后期对炉窑生产的精准化操作的需要,贵冶对1~#闪速炉的给料系统进行了改造,引入了非常先进的失重给料系统,论文主要介绍了失重给料系统的工作原理,结合日常生产运行情况,提出了相关设备的日常维护与保养方法。I flash furnace of Guixi Smelter is one of the earliest modern oxygen-enriched smelting furnaces. Due to theneed of the precision of the furnaces operation, 1# the flash furnace feeding system at Guixi Smelter is reformed, in which theadvanced weightless feeding system was introduced. The paper mainly introduces the working principle of weightless feedingsystem, and puts forward the related equipment daily maintenance and maintenance method based on the daily operation.
