摘 要:德兴铜矿大山选矿厂主要担负该矿的选矿任务,该选矿厂分前、后3.0万t/d两个系统,在破碎、筛分、转运过程中会产生大量的粉尘,污染车间内和周边环境,影响设备安全可靠运行,根据大山选矿厂原除尘系统近年来使用情况及检修情况,发现设备、管路腐蚀老化严重,经常出现跑冒滴漏现象,工作效率偏低,能耗增大,使用寿命减短,无法实现高效节能运行,通过对除尘器的进风口、水膜形成环节、风管、风机及材质进行设计优化,显著改善作业环境,减少设备和人员的安全隐患,同时也保证了设备的安全可靠运行和节能环保运行。Dashan Concentrator of Dexing Copper Mine mainly undertakes the mineral processing task. There are two30000t/d systems, which produce a lot of dust in the process of crushing, sieving and transportation. The dust pollutes theworkshop and the surroundings. It also impacts the normal function of the equipment. According to the recent usage amloverhaul of original dust pelletizing system in Dashan concentrator, the aging and CmTOsion of the equipment and pipelinelead to draining and spreading. The problems lower the work efficiency, increase the energy loss and shorten the life-spanwhich will hold back the effective energy saving operation mood. Through the design optimization on the air inlet of dedustingsystem, the water film forming procedure, the blast pipe and the blower, the potential risk of the equipment and operators willdecrease, and the safety and energy saving will be ensured.
