摘　　要：为使民族图书馆能够把握和适应"一带一路"战略契机,助推民族图书馆事业的发展和地区经济、文化的繁荣,在分析"一带一路"沿线高校民族图书馆的概况和存在的问题基础上,从资源建设、服务拓展和文化传承等方面进行定位思考,从馆藏建设与服务拓展、人员重组和技能提高、教学改革与技术更新、馆际共享与跨界合作等方面提出发展策略。To enable ethnic libraries to grasp the opportunities and adapt to the strategy of ＂one belt and one road＂ and boost the development of ethnic libraries and the prosperity of regional e- conomy and culture, this paper probes into the situation and problems as regards ethnic libraries in colleges and universities along ＂one belt and one road＂ and dwells on resources construction, service expansion and cultural inheritance of the libraries. Development strategies in relation to collection construction and service expansions, personnel reorganization, skill improvement, teaching reform, technology update, interlibrary sharing and cross -border cooperation are pro- vided.
