中国民族特需用品多指标综合评价研究

摘　　要：对民族特需品的生产与销售进行评价和规范,有利于提高少数民族人民群众的生活质量,促进民族地区的稳定、繁荣。对民族特需品的评价规范和行业标准进行了深入细致的探讨和分析。采用多指标综合评价方法,通过构造判断矩阵可以得出待评价产品的综合指数,将该指数与参照标准产品的综合指数相对比,可以衡量出某种产品是否达到了民族特需品的要求。根据指标权重与方案之间的差异,给出了产品的改进建议。The evaluation and regulation of the production and the sales of national special prod- ucts help to improve the life of the minorities in our country as well as enhance the stability and the prosperity of ethnic regions. Discussion and analysis were carried out on the evaluation crite- rion and industry standard of national special products. Using multi index comprehensive evalua- tion method, by constructing judgment matrix, we can get a comprehensive index evaluation of the product. Comparing this index with the comprehensive index of standard products, we can measure whether a product has reached the requirements of national special products or not. Ac- cording to the difference between the index weight and the scheme, this paper gives some sug- gestions for the improvement of the product.
