摘　　要：脐带脱垂是严重威胁围产儿生命的产科急症之一,处理的关键在于高危因素的识别和预防。一旦发生,恰当的救治可以显著提高围产儿存活率,并可以改善其远期预后。因此,如何提高对脐带脱垂高危因素的认识并做好预防措施,如何恰当和迅速地处理脐带脱垂,是本文阐述的重点内容。Umbilical cord prolapse is one of the most severe obstetric emergency that can lead to poor perinatal outcomes. The key point of umbilical cord treatment is identification and prevention of high risk factors. Once it occurs,prompt and appropriate treatment can significantly improve perinatal outcomes and long-term prognosis. Therefore, how to prevent the occurrence of umbilical cord prolapse and standardize the treatment process is the major content of this article.
