髋关节置换患者运用康复锻炼法配合延续性护理的恢复效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨康复锻炼法配合延续性护理对髋关节置换患者术后恢复的效果。方法将2015年7月至2015年12月收治的40例髋关节置换患者作为对照组，2016年1月至2016年6月收治的40例髋关节置换患者作为实验组；对照组采取常规的护理方法，包括康复锻炼法及出院指导，实验组在常规护理的基础上，采取发放健康教育卡片，微信视频健康宣教，出院后实施延续性护理，包括短信通知、电话随访、微信公众平台等，通过规范的家庭健康教育，提供术后康复心理护理及技术指导，比较两组患者出院时健康教育知识知晓情况，比较两组患者出院时，术后1个月、3个月、6个月生活能力评分。结果实验组出院时，术后1个月、3个月、6个月Harris评分均显著优于对照组（均P〈0．05），实验组健康教育知识知晓率高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论运用康复锻炼法配合延续性护理可显著改善患者髋关节活动能力及术后患者自理能力，提高患者生活质量。Objective To study the effect of training combined with continuous nursing care for patients undertaking hip replacement. Methods 40 patients undertaking hip replacement at our hospital from Julyto December, 2015 were set as a control group and 40 from January to June, 2016 an experimental group. The control group received routine nursing care, including rehabilitation training and discharge instructions; in addition, the experiment group were given health education cards, WeChat video health education, and continuous nursing care after discharge, including SMS notification, telephone follow-up, WeChat public platform, standardized household health education, and postoperative psychological nursing care and technological guidance. The awareness of health education knowledge when discharge was compared between these two groups. When discharge and l, 3 and 6 months after operation, the life capacity scores were compared between these two groups. Results The Harris scores l, 3, and 6 months after operation were much better and the awareness rate of health education knowledge was higher in the experimental group than in the control group （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Rehabilitation training combined with continuous nursing care for patients undertaking hip replacement can improve the patient＇s hip mobility and self-care ability and quality of life.
