应用持续质量改进提高儿科低年资护士专业素质的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨应用持续质量改进提高儿科低年资护士专业素质的效果。方法选取本院2015年和2016年各10名低年资护理人员作为研究对象，选取2015年11至12月和2016年11至12月出院的经过低年资护理人员护理的80例患儿及其家长作为持续质量改进前和改进后的问卷调查对象，对本次研究所选取的20名低年资儿科护理人员的护理专业素质情况以及护理满意度进行调查分析。结果持续质量改进前全员护理不良事件204次，持续质量改进后为95次，次数明显减少，持续质量改进前中低年资护理人员护理不良事件发生次数为139次，持续质量改进后为40次，亦明显减少；持续质量改进后20名儿科低年资护理人员的专业素质评分均明显高于持续质量改进前，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）持续质量改进前患儿及其家属的护理满意度为76．25％，持续质量改进后患儿及其家属的护理满意度为96．25％，持续质量改进后患儿及其家属的护理满意度明显升高，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论儿科对低年资护理人员采用持续质量改进方法提高其专业素质，能够起到显著的干预效果，并且能够有效提升患儿及其家属的护理满意度，值得应用并且推广。Objective To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement for increasing quality of pediatric nurses with low work＇ age. MethOds 10 nurses with low work age were selected from our hospital from 2015 to 2016. 80 children cared by low work age nurses and discharged from our hospital from November to December, 2015 and from November to December, 2016 and their parents were selected as study objects for questionnaire before and after the improvement. The nursing professional quality and nursing satisfaction of the 20 pediatric nurses were investigated and analyzed. Results 204 adverse nursing events occurred before and 95 after the improvement in all the nurses 139 before and 40 after in the medium and low work age nurses. The professional quality score was higher after than before the improvement in the 20 nurses. The nursing satisfaction was 76.25% before the improvement and 96.25% after, with a statistical difference （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusions Continuous quality improvement can increase the professional quality of pediatric nurses with low work age and the children and their parents＇ nursing satisfaction and its intervention effect is obvious, so it is worth being generalized.
