新型城乡关系下城市近郊区乡村复兴的空间转型之路——以南昌市近郊区乡村为例

摘　　要：在对城市近郊区乡村发展空间进行调查研究后,发现了传统城镇化建设思路下近郊区乡村发展存在的悖论。进而探讨了在新型城镇化背景下,回归乡村主体、乡村多元增长、重构乡村价值的城市近郊区乡村复兴之路,探索与之相匹配的近郊区乡村复兴的空间转型规划策略。In this paper, after investigating the rural development space in the urban suburbs, this paper finds out the paradox of rural development in the suburbs under the traditional urbanization. And then explores the rural renewal strategy in the suburbs of the urban suburbs under the background of the new urbanization, returning to the rural main body and the rural diversified growth and reconstructing the rural value, and exploring the spatial transformation planning strategy of the rural renewal in the suburbs.
