我国南部地区不同年代粉蝶科生物多样性分析——基于重庆自然博物馆馆藏数据  

Analysis of the Pieridae Diversity of Different Years in the Southern Region of China:Based on the Specimen Data of Chongqing Natural History Museum

摘　　要：对重庆自然博物馆粉蝶科藏品进行数据采集、整理工作,并对我国南部地区不同年代粉蝶科藏品进行了群落结构和多样性研究分析.结果表明,该馆粉蝶科藏品隶属于19属、61种,1949年10月1日前优势类群有4类,1949年10月1日-1976年间优势类群有2类,1977-2000年优势类群有3类,2001年至今优势类群有3类.藏品来源地主要为我国南部地区.1949年10月1日前、1977-2000年和2001年至今粉蝶科多样性指数较高.不同年代粉蝶科标本的个体数变化为1977-2000年>1949年10月1日前>2001年至今>1949年10月1日-1976年;类群数变化为1977-2000年>1949年10月1日前>2001年至今>1949年10月1日-1976年.1949年10月1日前和1977-2000年的粉蝶科Jaccard相似性系数达到了极相似.Through the collection and collation of the Pieridae specimen data of Chongqing Natural History Museum, the community structures and biological diversity analysis of different times were studied. Results showed that the Pieridae specimens belonged to 19 genus and 61 species. There were 4 dominant species groups before 1949.10.1, 2 dominant species groups in 1949.10.1- 1976, 3 dominant species groups in 1977- 2000 and 3 dominant species groups since 200l. The source places of the specimens were mainly from southern region of China. The hiodiversity indexes were relatively higher before 1949.10.1, in 1977--2000 and since 2001.The number of individuals in different times from largest to smallest was 1977 -- 2000 〉 before 1949.10.1〉since 2001〉1949.10.1--1976, the group number in different times from largest to smallest was 1977 -- 2000 〉 before 1949.10.1 〉 since 2001 〉 1949.10.1 -- 1976. The data reached a very similarity between before 1949.10.1 and in 1977--2000.
