人心房肌M带处的Tm小管和Mm微丝

摘　　要：电镜下在正常人右心房肌中发现:(1)Tm小管:即在M带水平肌膜内陷,形成直径约30nm的小管,并与肌浆网形成联体,(2)Mm傲丝:即从M带的6和6′线处各延伸出一微丝与肌膜相连。微丝直径8～15nm,其上有约20nm的横纹周期。两微丝间宽约88nm。The ultrastructure of myocardial cells near the sinoatrial node of a normal man was studied under TEM. It was found: (1) Tm-tubule or thinner transverse tubule formed by the invagination of sarcolemma at the M-band was about 30nm in diameter and formed diad or triad with the sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR). In some zones Z-band ran to the M-band, or vice versa. It is inferred that Tm-tubule might be related to the conduction of myocardial autonomic rhythm. (2) Mm-filaments, found in sections cut parallel to the myofilaments, were two microfilament-like structures ran aeparately from both aides (at about lines 6 and 6') of the M-hand to sarcolemma at both sides of theTin-tubule. The diatance between two Mm-filaments was about 88nm. Mm-filament was 8-15nm in diameter and had oblique atriations of alternating dark and light with a periodicity of about 20nm. Mm-filamenta might he a cytoskeletal structure and play an important role in fixing M-hand to the sarcelemma.
