摘　　要：为解决电信运营商建维优支撑系统下VoLTE业务感知保障无线侧指标体系不完善的问题,通过结合理论分析与现网实测数据,并基于VoLTE技术特点,从信号水平、传输效能、资源效率三方面给出了在保障VoLTE业务感知优良前提下的指标需求,相关结果已成为VoLTE业务部署和运维的无线侧参考。The imperfection of wireless-side indicator system for VoLTE user-perceived performance guarantee exists in the operation and maintenance system for telecom operators.To solve the problem,combined with theoretical analysis and actually measured data,the required indicators in three aspects of signal level,transmission efficacy and resource efficiency in the context of guaranteeing the good perception of VoLTE services were presented based on the technical feature of VoLTE.Related results have been the reference to the deployment,operation and maintenance of Vo LTE services.
