摘 要:为研究车轮谐波磨耗对车辆运行安全性的影响,首先建立钢轨及路基振动的车辆-轨道-路基耦合大系统仿真模型,然后根据最常见的1阶、6阶和11阶谐波磨耗阶数以及波深0.1 mm、0.3 mm的6种典型谐波磨耗对轮重减载率、脱轨系数和轮轨横向力3个安全性指标的影响进行仿真分析研究,并依托相应铁路行业标准对研究结果进行对比分析。结果表明:车辆计算的最大脱轨系数处于安全限度内,不会发生脱轨;而最大轮重减载率超过评定限值0.8,存在安全风险,同时最大轮轨横向力值也接近国际安全极限值,有安全隐患。本研究有利于评估车轮谐波磨耗对高速行驶车辆的安全影响,为车辆安全运行提供理论依据。In order to study the effect of wheel harmonic wear on train operation safety, the simulation model of train-track-subgrade coupling system which considered rail and track plate vibration was established. According to the harmonic order of the first-order, sixthorder and eleventh-order in the wave depth of 0.1 mm and 0.3 mm, the wheel-load reduction rate, derailment coefficient and wheel/rail lateral force were researched and analyzed based on relevant railway standard. The results showed that the maximum derailment coefficient was in the range of safety limit under the different forms of the harmonic wear wheel, and the derailment phenomenon would not occur; But the maximum wheel-load reduction rate exceeded the safety limit of 0.8, and the maximum wheel/rail lateral force was close to the national standard limit value, which had security risks. This study was helpful to evaluate the influence of wheel harmonic wear on the safety of high-speed vehicle, and provided the theoretical basis for vehicle operation safety.
