摘 要:为充分发挥北京地铁8号线二期工程地铁车辆的电空配合制动和电制动能力,需要对其进行验证试验。首先简要介绍了地铁车辆电气制动、空气制动以及电空配合制动的制动方式,然后在不同负载、不同速度级和不同制动级位的情况下,对该地铁车辆采用了电空配合制动的方式进行了加载试验和载客试验,最后利用各工况下制动过程中的实测参数计算出列车的电制动力,从而对该列车在整个制动过程中的电制动能力作出评判。载客试验数据统计结果表明:在低载荷(AW0)情况下,车辆的电制动能力能发挥到设计值的113%;在高载荷(AW3)情况下,车辆的电制动能力发挥到设计值的93%;车辆的电空制动切换点分布的均值为6.25 km/h。实际测试数据充分验证了该地铁车辆电制动发挥能力和电空配合关系。In order to develop the electric-pneumatic braking and electric braking capability for metro vehicle of Beijing metro line 8 Ⅱ project, a verification test is very necessary. Firstly, the metro vehicle braking modes were briefly introduced, including electric braking, air braking and electric-pneumatic braking. Secondly, under the condition of different load level, speed level and brake level, the electricpneumatic loading test and passenger carrying test had been separately implemented in the metro vehicle. Eventually the electric braking capability of metro vehicle could be judged by calculating the electric braking force with measured parameters during the whole braking process. The results of passenger carrying test showed that electric braking capability could reach 113% of theoretical value under low load level(AW0), while it could only reach 93% of theoretical value under high load level(AW3); and the mean value of switching points of electric-pneumatic braking was 6.25 km/h. The test results have proved the electric-pneumatic braking and electric braking capability of this metro vehicle.
