摘　　要：探讨生产锦纶纯纺纱的工艺要点。通过研究锦纶纤维的纺纱性能,对锦纶纤维进行纺前预处理,合理设计各工序纺纱参数,有效解决锦纶纤维可纺性差而产生的纺纱技术难题,最终使锦纶纯纺纱满足使用要求。Main technology gists of polyamide fibers spinning were discussed in this paper. The spinning properties ofnylon fibers were studied andthe fibers were pretreated before spinning. The spinning technology problems caused bythe poor spinnability of polyamide fibers had been solved effectively by means of designing the spinning parametersrationally, making the polyamide pure spinningmeet the requirements of the client eventually.
