摘 要:黄酮类化合物是植物体内的次生代谢产物,在治疗高血压、糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化等疾病上有显著疗效。天然黄酮类化合物母核上常含有羟基、甲氧基、烃氧基、异戊烯氧基等不同的取代基,其理化性质也存在显著差异,因而不同的提取工艺会影响到中药黄酮的提取效率,进而影响到临床药效的发挥。为此,对近10年关于不同类型的黄酮类成分提取的文献进行梳理,比较分析各种方法的优缺点,试图找到适合不同类型黄酮类成分特点的高效简便、经济环保的提取方法,为天然黄酮类资源进一步的开发与利用提供有益参考。Flavonoids are secondary metabolites in plants, which have obvious treatments in hypertension, diabetes, atherosclerosis and so on. Natural flavone nucleus often contain different substituents, including hydroxyl, methoxy, alkoxy, and isopentenyl oxy, which result in different physicochemical properties. So, different extraction methods will affect the extraction efficiency of flavonoids and their clinical efficacy. Therefore,this paper collected the literature on the extraction of different types of flavonoids in the last 10 years, compared the advantages and disadvantages of various methods, and tried to find some efficient, simple, economical and environ- mentally friendly methods for extracting different types of flavonoids. Also, this paper provide a useful reference for further develo- ping the natural flavonoid resoures. :
