摘　　要：生物碱是中药中含有的一类重要活性成分,提取分离是研究生物碱的首要步骤。就近年来生物碱提取分离的一些新技术新方法及其原理和应用进行了简要综述。Alkaloids is one of important active components contained in traditional Chinese medicines. Extraction and separation are the first steps in the study of alkaloids. Herein, the new techniques and methods for extraction and separation of alkaloids in recent years as well as their principles and applications were reviewed.
