摘　　要：类风湿关节炎相关间质性肺疾病(RA-ILD)是结缔组织病并发症之一,西医尚无方法逆转该病的病理恶化过程,中医亦无规范辨证论治体系,严重威胁患者健康。以糖皮质激素(甲泼尼龙)联合免疫抑制剂(硫酸羟氯喹、雷公藤多苷、汉防己甲素)治疗RA-ILD合并感染患者能够减轻关节疼痛、喘憋症状,降低外周血WBC、NE%、CRP和CCP水平,为临床诊疗提供依据。报告1例RA-ILD合并感染病例。Rheumatoid arthritis associated interstitial lung disease （RA-ILD） is one of the complications of connective tissue disease. There is no method to reverse the pathological progression of this disease in Western medicine, and there is also no standard of TCM syndrome differentiation system, resulting in a serious threat to patients~ health. Combining glucocorticoid （methylprednisolone） with immunosuppressive drugs （hydroxychloroquine sulfate, tripterygium glycosides, tetrandrine） to treat patient with RA--ILD in- fection can reduce joint pain and dyspnea symptoms and decrease the levels of peripheral blood WBC, NE%,CRP and CCP as well, which could provide the reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
