摘　　要：农民合作社作为农民利益的代表,是农业技术推广的重要纽带。笔者以8家合作社为研究对象,运用多案例研究方法,基于"三重底线"理论,具体分析技术来源、社会嵌入与农业技术推广绩效之间的关系。研究发现:合作社的技术来源不同,合作社的关系嵌入和结构嵌入不同,合作社会产生不同的经济、社会和环境效益。本研究在丰富和发展社会嵌入理论和农业技术推广理论的同时,对合作社如何参与农业技术推广具有重要的借鉴意义。Farmers＇ cooperatives representing farmers＇ interests play an important role in the demand and supply of agricultural technology. Employing multiple case study with eight cooperatives, we specifically analyzed the relationship among technology sources, social embedded and the performance of agricultural technology dissemination. We proposed that the relational and structural embedded of co- operative was different when the technology sources different, then the cooperatives would generate different economic, social and envi- ronmental benefits. Besides enriching the social embedded theory, the study has an important reference for how cooperatives participate in agricultural technology dissemination.
