FDI溢出效应和自主创新能力对产业结构调整的影响研究——基于中部六省动态面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：基于区域经济的视角,通过对我国中部六个省份2005-2014年的数据,建立动态面板模型,引入FDI溢出效应与自主创新能力的交叉项,实证分析了FDI溢出效应、自主创新能力以及二者的交叉项对区域产业结构的影响。研究结果表明:在未考虑自主创新能力时,FDI的溢出效应对中部六省的产业结构调整具有弱化的效果。在考虑了自主创新能力,引入FDI的溢出效应和自主创新能力的交叉项之后,FDI的技术溢出效应促进了自主创新能力的提升,进而促进了中部地区的产业结构优化升级。Based on the perspective of regional economy,and the data of the six provinces of Central China duing 2005-2014,this paper analyses the impact of the FDI spillover effect and the ability of independent on regional industrial structure. The results showthat the spillover effect of FDI has a weakening effect on the industrial structure adjustment of the six provinces in Central China when the capacity of independent innovation is not considered. In consideration of the capability of independent innovation,after the cross term spillover effect into the FDI and the ability of independent innovation,the technology spillover effect of FDI to promote the independent innovation ability,and promote the upgrading of industrial structure in the central region. In a word,as a kind of capital input,the economic effect of FDI can not promote the adjustment of industrial structure in Central China,but it will weaken the function. However,as an example of technology,FDI can promote regional industrial structure adjustment by boosting regional independent innovation capability. The conclusions of this study provide policy implications for the use of foreign capital to promote industrial restructuring in the central region of china.
