夏热冬冷地区地源热泵长期运行影响因素分析

摘  要:为研究不同建筑冷热负荷累积对地下热平衡的影响,本文建立了根据时间和房间功能区分作息规律的夏热冬冷地区的办公楼,宾馆和住宅三类建筑模型,利用De ST软件和Ground Loop Design软件进行了模拟计算分析。发现地埋管长期运行的最高出水温度和地源热泵能耗不仅受到地下热不平衡率的影响,还受到建筑物的夏季平均负荷率和夏季累计负荷的影响。经过15年运行后,宾馆和办公楼的最高出水温度和全年累计能耗都有较大的升幅,而住宅增加得很少。在本文模型的条件下,地源热泵系统在住宅应用时可以不采取热平衡补偿措施。To study the heat cumulative effect in different building on the underground thermal balance, three typical model of office building, hotel and residential building in hot summer and cold winter zone was established, which had different daily routine according to time and room function. The software DeST and Ground Loop Design were applied to simulate the long-term operation of ground source heat pump. It was found that maximum outlet water temperature of ground heat exchanger and annual energy consumption is affected not only by the heat unbalance rate of underground, hut also by the average summer cooling load rate and summer accumulative cooling load. The simulation result also showed that after fifteen years, the growth of the maximum outlet water temperature and annual energy consumption was great in office building and hotel, but less in residential building. Under the condition of the model established in this paper, the ground source heat pump can work without the heat balance compensation in residential building.
