五味子藤茎中木脂素类化合物的杀虫活性成分研究

摘　　要：利用系统溶剂提取法、溶剂分步萃取法、硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱、半制备色谱、高效液相色谱,以及重结晶等分离纯化手段,从五味子(Schisandra chinensis)藤茎的90%乙醇提取物分离得到了13个化合物,通过理化常数、化学方法及波谱数据等分析手段,并结合相关文献对其结构进行鉴定为木脂素类化合物,发现为Gomisin D、Schisantherin B、Schisanhenol、Gomisin J、Gomisin N、Gomisin G、Schisandrin B、Schisandrin C、(+)-anwulignan、Schisantherin A、Deoxyschisandrin、Schisandrol A和Gomisin A。采用虫体浸渍法研究了这些木脂素类化合物对桃蚜(Myzus persicae Sulzer)和小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella Linnaeus)的胃毒活性。结果表明,在2g/L浓度下,Schisandrol A(五味子醇甲)处理桃蚜48 h杀虫效果达到了82.1%。处理小菜蛾72 h,Schisandrin B(五味子乙素)的杀虫效果为100%。后续试验中测定了Schisandrin B对小菜蛾的LC50值为586.22 mg/L,显著低于毒死蜱的杀虫效果211.16 mg/L。Schisandrol A在72 h对桃蚜的LC50值为295.62 mg/L,显著低于植物源农药藜芦碱35.29 mg/L的杀虫效果。Gomisin D, schisantherin B, schisanhenol, gomisin J, gomisin N, gomisin G, schisandrin B, schisandrin C, （ ＋ ） -anwulignan, schisantherin A, deoxysehisandrin, schisandrol A and gomisin A were isolated from stems of Schisandra chinensis by silica gel chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography （ HPLC ）. Insecticidal activities of lignans in stems of S. chinensis against Myzus persicae and Plutella xylostella were determined by worm impregnation method. The results showed that insecticidal effect of schisandrol A against M. persicae at 48 h was 82.1% at the concentration of 2g/L. Insecticidal effect of schisandrin B against P. xylostella at 72 h was 100%. LC50 value of schisandrin B against P. xylostella was 586.22 mg/L, significantly lower than the insecticidal effect of ehlorpyrifos （211.16 mg/L）. The LC50 value of schisandrol A against M. persicaeat 72 h was 295.62 mg/L, significantly lower than the insecticidal effect of veratrine with 35.29 mg/L.
