摘　　要：应用PEST分析法,从政治、经济、社会、技术4个方面,对"互联网+"助推分级诊疗的外部环境进行深入分析,在宏观层面上论证"互联网+"助推分级诊疗发展,以助于破解分级诊疗难题,构建分级诊疗新模式。It deeply analyzes the externalities of ＂lnternet ＋ ＂ assisted hierarchical diagnosis and treatment by PEST analysis from politics, economy, society and teehnology. It demonstrates the development of ＂lnternet ＋ ＂ assisted hierarchical diagnosis and treatment so as to break the problem of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment and establish the model of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.
