摘  要:铜钼矿混合浮选采用石灰、z-200、煤油和2号油的药剂组合可以得到指标良好的铜钼混合精矿,但混合精矿中残余大量药剂,严重影响铜钼分离。本文采用紫外光谱法(UV)定量测定铜钼混合精矿中残余的z-200含量,并探讨了矿浆中煤油,2号油和石灰对z-200测量的干扰影响。试验结果表明,煤油和2号油的存在对z-200的测量干扰不大,石灰的吸光度随着pH升高而升高,且石灰与z-200在241 nm处吸光度具有加和效应;铜钼混合精矿中残余的z-200的含量约为混合浮选过程中药剂添加量的10%。活性炭可以有效脱除精矿中残余药剂,通过紫外光谱法的定量测量,可准确找到活性炭最佳的用量,从而避免活性炭浪费和对铜钼分离环节的影响,对于混合精矿,当活性炭用量为30kg·t-1(对于原矿,480 g·t-1)时,混合精矿中残余药剂基本被吸附干净。Mixed concentrate with good indexes was obtained by Cu-Mo mixed flotation with flotation reagents of lime, z-200, kero- sene and oil 2. A large number of residual reagents in mixed concentrate seriously affected the separation of copper and molybdenum. The content of residual z-200 in mixed concentrate was determined by ultraviolet (UV) spectrometry. The interference effects of kero- sene, oil 2 and lime on z-200 measurement were also discussed. The results showed that the presence of kerosene and oil 2 had little interference on the z-200 measurement. With the increase of pH, the absorbance of lime water increased continuously in the detel^nina- tion range. The absorbance of z-200 and lime exhibited good additive property at the wavelength of 241 nm. The residual amount of z- 200 of mixed concentrate was about 10% of the amount added. Activated carbon effectively removed residual chemicals in the concen- trate. The optimal dosage of activated carbon was accurately found by quantitative measurement of ultraviolet spectroscopy, thereby avoiding the waste of activated carbon and the influence on Cu-Mo separation flotation. When the dosage of activated carbon was 30 kg·t^-1 for mixed concentrate (480 g·t^-1 for raw ore) , the residual reagents in the mixed concentrate were basically absorbed by activated carbon.
