摘 要:梨泡状溃疡类病毒(Pear blister canker viroid,PBCVd)为马铃薯纺锤块茎类病毒科(Pospiviroidae)苹果锈果类病毒属(Apscaviroid)成员)。该类病毒在自然条件下主要侵染野生和栽培的梨和苹果,梨和榅桲多数品种感染PBCVd后无明显症状,Pear blister canker viroid (PBCVd) is a member of the genus Apscaviroid in the family Pospiviroi- dae.The viroid naturally infects pear (Pyrus spp.) and apple (Malus spp.). In this study, for the first time, PBCVd was detected in seven pear trees from three provinces of China by using RT-PCR. Except the isolate XH consisting of 314 nucleotides ( nt), the complete RNA of other six PBCVd isolates consisted of 312 nt. These isolates shared 98.4%-100%identity with each other and 88.7%-100%identity with previously reported isolates at the nucleotide level. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that these isolates, together with a reference isolate P2098T, clustered into the same group. These results provide important information for further understanding the PBCVd occurrence in pear plants and enhancing the monitoring of PBCVd in China.
