摘 要:小麦黄花叶病于1927年在日本首次报道,其病原包括小麦黄花叶病毒(Wheat yellow mosaic virus,WYMV)和中国小麦花叶病毒(Chinese wheat mosaic virus,CWMV)。我国各省麦区在1980年以后陆续报道了其发生与危害,对小麦生长发育构成严重影响。Based on the differential resistance to wheat yellow mosaic disease, the virus causing the disease and the sequence of translation initiation factor elF4E in two varieties of wheat (LM4 and LY502) were analyzed in this study. Wheat samples with diseased symptoms were infected by WYMV but not the mixture of WYMV and CWMV. Sequence identity between WYMV isolates infecting LM4 and LY502 is more than 99.5% at the nucleo- tide level, and is 99.47% for the VPg protein at the amino acid level. In addition, translation initiation factor elF4E derived from LM4 and LY502 has identical characteristics with 648 nucleotides in length, implying that translation level of viral proteins mediated by interaction between viral VPg and host elF4E might be identical in LM4 and LYS02, thus resistance variation of LM4 and LY502 to WYMV is not related to elF4E. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that elF4E were highly similar among varieties within species, and had specificity among different species.
