摘　　要：推进村民自治,必须倡导并全面实施多元精英合作治理。这种治理模式将成为我国农村社区治理现代化的新趋向。江门市农村联谊会成功搭建了多元精英合作治理平台,并取得了明显成效。它有其合理的内在运作逻辑,并已形成科学规范的运行模式。实践证明,多元精英合作治理可有效吸纳体制外精英,促进农村基层民主发展,推动农村治理现代化。农村基层须不断推动多元精英合作治理体系现代化,促进多元精英合作治理能力现代化,以逐步推进多元精英合作治理的可持续发展。Multi-player elite cooperative governance must be advocated and comprehensively implemented in order to break the in-system centralized governance, promote the outside system elites＇ effective participation of rural governance and proceed steadily se^-governanceof villagers. This type of governance will be a new trend of rural community governance modernization. The rural fellowship association in Jiangmen has successfully built a platform of multi-player elite cooperative governance and has made some obvious achievements. It has a reasonable internal operation mechanism and formulated a set of scientific operation norms. It is proved by practices that multi-player cooperative governance can effectively absorb outside system elites to promote the rural grassroots democracy and rural governance modernization. The rural grassroots must continuously promote the modernization of multi-player elite cooperative governance systems and its abilities, with an aim of a sustainable development of multi-player elite cooperative governance.
