凶险型前置胎盘合并胎盘植入行介入治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨凶险型前置胎盘合并胎盘植入行介入治疗的效果。方法:将笔者所在医院收治的64例凶险型前置胎盘合并胎盘植入患者按照不同治疗方法分成介入组与非介入组,各32例,介入组患者应用介入治疗,非介入组患者应用髂内动脉结扎术治疗,对比两种治疗方法的临床疗效。结果:对比两组患者术中、产后2 h、产后24 h的出血量,介入组均明显少于非介入组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组患者的手术时间与住院时间,介入组均明显短于非介入组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);介入组患者术后并发症总发生率为6.3%,非介入组术后并发症总发生率为15.6%,两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:介入治疗可明显减少术中与产后出血量,缩短手术时间与住院时间,术后并发症发生率较低,值得推广与应用。Objective： To investigate the effect of interventional therapy on the dangerous type of placenta previa complicated with placenta accreta.Method：64 patients with dangerous type of placenta previa complicated with placenta accreta in the author＇s hospital were divided into intervention group and non intervention group according to different treatment methods,and 32 cases in each group.Patients in the intervention group were treated with interventional therapy,the patients in the non intervention group were treated with internal iliac artery ligation,and the clinical efficacy of the two methods were compared.Result：Compared intraoperative,postpartum 2 h,postpartum 24 h bleeding volume in two groups,the intervention group was significantly less than the non intervention group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The operation time and hospital stay of intervention group were significantly shorter than those of the non intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group was 6.3%,the incidence of postoperative complications in the non intervention group was 15.6%,there was no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Interventional therapy can significantly reduce the amount of intraoperative and postpartum hemorrhage,shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,it is worthy of promotion and application.
