拱桥式腰背肌锻炼配合氟比洛芬巴布膏对腰椎术后康复的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:比较拱桥式腰背肌锻炼与巴布膏联合应用促进腰椎术后患者康复的效果。方法:以笔者所在医院收治的60例腰椎术后患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,各30例,采用VAS和ADL量表比较两组患者手术前、手术后2周及手术后1个月的评分,对比两组患者的临床治疗和恢复效果。结果:试验组患者手术后2周及手术后1个月的VAS、ADL评分均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:拱桥式腰背肌锻炼与巴布膏联合应用治疗腰椎术后患者的效果十分显著,其疗效明显优于单独进行拱桥式腰背肌锻炼治疗,具有很高的临床应用价值。Objective：To compare the efficacy of arch bridge-type back muscle exercise combined with flurbiprofen cataplasm in promoting therehabilitation of patients after lumbar surgery.Method：Sixty patients with lumbar spine were enrolled in this study.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group（30 cases each）.VAS and ADL scale were used to compare the scores of two groups before and after operation in the 2 weeks and 1 month after operation.The clinical treatment and recovery effect were compared between the two groups.Result：The VAS and ADL scores of the patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group in the 2 weeks and 1 month after operation,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of arch bridge-type back muscle exercise combined with flurbiprofen cataplasm is effective in the treatment of patients with lumbar spine,is superior to the single arch bridge back muscle exercise treatment,has a high clinical value.
