无创呼吸机在支气管哮喘合并肺炎患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨无创呼吸机在支气管哮喘合并肺炎患者中的应用疗效。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的支气管哮喘合并肺炎患者80例,按照不同治疗方法将其分成对照组与观察组,各40例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上应用无创呼吸机治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后的PaO_2、PaCO_2与治疗前对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者PaO_2升高及PaCO_2降低的幅度均明显大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后呼吸困难、咳嗽、肺部干湿性啰音等体征消失时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总有效率为72.5%,观察组总有效率为95.0%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机在支气管哮喘合并肺炎患者中应用效果好,可明显改善患者的血气指标与体征,缩短住院时间,值得推广。Objective：To discuss the application effect of noninvasive ventilator in patients with bronchial asthma complicated with pneumonia.Method：80 patients with bronchial asthma complicated with pneumonia admitted in the author＇s hospital were selected.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group,the control group was given routine treatment,the observation group was treated with noninvasive ventilator on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment were compared.Result：The PaO2,PaCO2 and p H in two groups after treatment compared with those before treatment,the differences was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the PaO2,p H and PaCO2 of the observation group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Compared the disappearance time of dyspnea,cough,lung wet rales and other symptoms and hospitalization time between two groups after treatment,the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in the control group was 72.5%,the total effective rate in the observation group（95.0%） was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application effect of noninvasive ventilator in patients with bronchial asthma complicated with pneumonia is good,can significantly improve the blood gas indicators and signs,shorten the length of hospital stay,it is worth promoting.
