摘 要:目的:应用实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)定量分析技术评价冠心病患者左室壁的运动。方法:对冠心病组和正常组分别进行RT-3DE全容积成像,通过定量分析软件进行分析,得出左室整体和17个节段的时间-容量曲线,得出左室各节节段的舒张末期容量(REDV),收缩末期容量(RESV),心搏量(RSV)和射血分数(REF),并对两组测值进行对比分析。结果:冠心病组各节段REDV、RESV均明显高于正常组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。冠心病组运动不良各节段RSV较正常组减低,无明显运动不良节段RSV测值则高于正常组,但两组整体RSV比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。冠心病组REF均低于正常组,有运动不良节段则明显低于正常组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Objective:To evaluate the motion of left ventricular wall in patients with coronary heart disease by real-time three-dimensional echocardiography(RT-3DE). Method:The coronary heart disease group and the normal group respectively given RT-3DE,and the time-volume curve of the left ventricle and 17 segments were obtained,the end-diastolic volume(REDV),end-systolic volume(RDSV),stroke-volume(RSV) and ejection fraction(REF) were obtained and compared.Result:The REDV and RESV of coronary heart disease group were significantly higher than that in the normal group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). The RSV in ill-athletic segment of the coronary heart disease group was lower than the normal group,but the RSV in goodathletic segment of the coronary heart disease group was lower than the normal group,there was no statistically significant difference of overall RSV between the two groups(P〉0.05).The REF of coronary heart disease group was lower than normal group,and in ill-athletic segment of the coronary heart disease group was statistically lower than the normal group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The objective and accuracy of local systolic function of left ventricular segments in patients with coronary heart disease is evaluated by RT-3DE quantitative analysis.
