优化护理在急诊危重患者抢救中的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨优化护理在危重患者抢救中的应用效果。方法:选择笔者所在中心和北京市丰台区中西医结合医院2014年6月-2016年6月收治的300例急诊科患者为研究对象,其中,观察组采用优化护理措施,对照组患者采用常规护理措施,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组和对照组患者抢救时间分别为(51.3±5.1)min、(69.1±8.3)min,观察组患者抢救时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.71,P<0.01),同时观察组患者抢救成功率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(字2=6.72,P=0.021),观察组患者对护理工作的服务态度满意度、服务技术满意度、救治过程满意度、沟通满意度、急送与接收满意度、安全与舒适转运等满意度分别为97.33%、98.67%、96.00%、98.00%、97.33%、95.33%,均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:优化护理措施有利于提高急诊患者抢救效果,有效缩短患者的抢救时间,提高抢救成功率,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the effect of optimized nursing for critical patients in the emergency department.Method：300 patients were included into the study from June 2014 to June 2016.The observation group was treated with optimized nursing,while the control group was treated with conventional nursing.The effects of nursing were compared between the two groups.Result：After treatment,the rescue time of the observation group and the control group respectively were（51.3±5.1）min and（69.1±8.3）min;the rescue time of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significance（t=13.71,P〈0.01）;the survival rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ 字2=6.72,P=0.021）;care attitude satisfaction,service satisfaction of technology,treatment process satisfaction,communication satisfaction,rushed and receive satisfaction,safety and comfort transshipments satisfaction in the observation group were 97.33%,98.67%,96.00%,98.00%,97.33%,95.33%,significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Optimized nursing for critical patients in the emergency department can greatly improve clinical efficacy,reduce the patients ＇ rescue time and improve the survival.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
