乳腺纤维瘤患者围术期护理中健康教育的临床意义探析

摘　　要：目的:探析乳腺纤维瘤患者围术期护理中健康教育的临床意义。方法:将在笔者所在医院接受治疗的56例乳腺纤维瘤患者作为研究对象,按护理方式不同将其分为对照组与观察组,各28例,观察组患者使用常规护理加健康教育干预进行护理,对照组使用常规护理,观察两组护理后的效果情况。结果:经护理后,对照组患者对护理人员满意度为67.86%,观察组满意度为96.43%,对照组低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对乳腺纤维瘤患者围术期护理中使用健康教育干预的效果显著,具有广泛推广意义。Objective：To explore the clinical significance of health education in perioperative nursing of patients with breast fibroma.Method：56 patients with mammary fibroid in the author＇s hospital were selected as the research object,according to the different nursing methods were divided into control group and observation group,each of 28 cases,the observation group was treated with routine nursing and health education intervention in nursing,the control group was given routine nursing care,the effect of the two groups after nursing were compared.Result：After nursing,the satisfaction degree of the patients in the control group was 67.86%,and the satisfaction of the observation group was 96.43%,the control group was lower than that of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of health education intervention on perioperative nursing of patients with mammary fibroid is significant, and it is widely used.
