山仔水库间隙水不同分子质量CDOM来源及分布规律

摘　　要：选择福州山仔水库沉积物间隙水中不同分子质量的有色溶解性有机质(CDOM)为研究对象,基于吸收和荧光光谱并结合平行因子分析法(PARAFAC),研究水库沉积物间隙水中不同分子质量CDOM的来源和分布规律.结果表明,间隙水中不同分子质量CDOM的分布规律与总量的分布总体一致.沉积物间隙水中CDOM的主要成分是腐殖化程度中等的陆源可见光富里酸.水面开阔的库区有利于陆源有机质沉降到库底并释放到间隙水中.库区间隙水中CDOM总量大小依次为水库中游>坝前>水库上游.水库开阔区域对分子质量5~10 ku CDOM的截留效应显著,导致坝前沉积物间隙水中该分子质量级别的CDOM含量相对较低.The different molecular weight size fraction chromophoric dissolved organic matter was investigated in pore water of sediment from Shanzai reservoir. The absorption and fluorescence spectrometry coupling with parallel factor analysis（ PARAFAC） were employed to explore its source and variation law. The results showed that the variation law of each size fraction of CDOM in pore water was the same as that of the total content. The principle component of the pore water CDOM was visible fulvic acid which was terrestrial source and moderate humification. The open area of the reservoir was benefit for the terrestrial organic matter settling down to the bottom of the reservoir,releasing to the pore water,and then increasing the content of CDOM. The order of total CDOM content in reservoir was as follows： middle region front of dam upstream. The pore water of sediment near dam presented a lower content in 5 ~ 10 ku fractions than any other fractions,because of the open area of reservoir significantly intercepting the 5 ~ 10 ku CDOM fractions.
