摘　　要：该文简介了植入式心脏起搏器和植入式心律转复除颤器的基本原理和功能以及从电磁兼容的角度比较两者间的差异及共同点。对标准ISO 14708-2:2005、ISO 14708-6:2010的27章节中的试验配置进行了分类和归纳,针对该国际标准的27章定义的电磁兼容的部分测试提出了一套电磁兼容检测系统的设计方案。This paper reviews the basic function and principte of the implantable cardiac pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators, also reviews the resemblances and differences between them in terms of electromagnetic compatibility （EMC）. There is analysis and classification on the EMC test set up defined by the section 27 of the international standards ISO 14708-2：2005 and ISO 14708-6：2010. A new EMC test set up design is proposed for some tests defined by section 27 of the international standards.
