摘 要:近年来气体钻井技术在提高机械钻速、治理恶性井漏、发现保护油气层方面效果显著,但在大出水、易垮塌等复杂地层中的应用存在一些难题,特别是接单根中断循环后容易造成卡钻等复杂。阀式连续循环气体钻井技术是利用连续循环阀和连续循环控制装置在接立柱(单根)、起下钻工况下,改变循环通道进而保持井下连续循环的技术。该技术可以维持相对稳定的井底压力,有效避免因循环中断引发的井下复杂和事故,提高气体钻井效率和安全性。在四川地区ST2井应用该技术确保了充气钻井的有效实施,解决井漏难题。在重庆地区XJ1井应用该技术,有效延长气体钻井进尺100 m。In recent years,gas drilling has achieved remarkable results in ROP improvement,serious lost circulation control and reservoir discovery and protection. However,its application in formations with high water production or sloughing formations is challenging,especially there will occur sticking when circulation stopped to make connections. Valve-used continuous circulation gas-drilling technology is to use continuous circulation valves and continuous circulation control devices to change the circulation paths so as to maintain the continuous circulation down in the hole during pipe connections and tripping operations. The BHP can thus be kept stable relatively,and the downhole events or accidents caused by circulation stop can be effectively avoided,the drilling performance and safety of gas drilling are improved. This technology has been applied in Well ST2 in Sichuan region,ensuring the aerated drilling successfully performed and the lost circulation put under control. Its application in Well XJ1 in Chongqing region has effectively extended the gas drilling footage by 100 m.
