摘  要:针对游梁式抽油机平衡方式不够理想和耗能比较高等一些缺点,提出了一种摆铃式节能型抽油机,并对这种新型抽油机的设计与应用做了比较详实的论述和介绍。它是在抽油机游梁的尾部下方悬挂一个可以摆动的摆铃,去掉了原来的曲柄平衡块,在不改变游梁式抽油机基本结构和运行方式的前提下,实现了近似直线平衡,并且在游梁上加装了一个可以前后移动的辅助平衡重,用遥控方式进行在线精确调整平衡,它适合普通游梁式抽油机的节能改造,也适合新制造的抽油机。To overcome the disadvantages of not ideal balancing mode and high energy consumption of beam-pumping unit,a swing-bell type energy-saving pumping unit was put forward. Its design and application was introduced in details in this article. On condition the basic structure and working mode of the pumping unit are not changed,a swing bell is suspended under the rear end of the beam to take the place of the previous crank balancing block to achieve an approximate linear balance. In addition,a moveable auxiliary balancer is installed on the beam,which can precisely remote control the balance on line. This design is suitable for common beam-pumping units and newly produced pumping units to perform energy-saving modification.
