摘  要:目的探讨采用健侧髂腹股沟区真皮下血管网皮瓣修复手部创面的临床疗效。方法自2014年7月至2016年1月,我们对22例手部皮肤缺损患者,采用健侧髂腹股沟区真皮下血管网皮瓣修复,术后2-3周内行皮瓣断蒂和整形术。结果术后22例皮瓣全部存活,随访时间为6—13个月,平均8.3个月。手功能根据中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准评定:优8例,良12例,差2例,优良率为90.9%。结论采用健侧髂腹股沟区真皮下血管网皮瓣修复手部创面,患者体位舒适、皮瓣扭转或者撕脱风险相对较小、术后护理简单、效果可靠,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effects of contralateral ilioinguinal flap with subdermal vascular network for repair of hand wound. Methods From July 2014 to January 2016, 22 cases with hand skin defects were treated by contralateral ilioinguinal flap with subdermal vascular network. The pedicle division and flap plastic operation were conducted 2 to 3 weeks after flap repair. Results All the flaps survived in 22 patients. The postoperative follow-up time ranged from 6 to 13 months, with an average of 8.3 months. According to upper extremity function evaluation criteria issued by the Hand Surgery Society of the Chinese Medical Association, the results were graded as excellent in 8 cases, good in 12 cases and poor in 2 cases. The overall excellent and good rate was 90.9%. Conclusion The contralateral ilioinguinal flap with subdermal vascular network can be used to repair hand wound. After flap repair, the patients' body position is comfortable. The risk of flap torsion and avulsion is relatively small. The postoperative nursing is simple. Therefore this surgical method is reliable and worthy of clinical application.
