摘 要:目的:对比分析钼靶X线、CT和彩超在诊断早期炎性乳癌效用,总结诊断经验。方法:选取2013年1月—2016年12月临床怀疑为早期乳腺癌患者84例,均经手术以及活检病理确诊,均采用钼靶X线、CT和彩超诊断(超声探头频率10MHz),以评价准确性、敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值和诊断符合率。结果:CT诊断早期炎性乳腺癌的敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、符合率高于钼靶X线、彩超,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CT诊断早期炎性乳腺癌的效用最好,但钼靶X线、彩超可作为筛查手段。Objective: To eompare the diagnostic value of mammography, CT and color Doppler ultrasound in the diag- nosis of early inflammatory breast cancer. Methods: From January 2013 to December 2016, clinical suspicion of early breast cancer patients 84 cases were confirmed by surgery and biopsy were used in mammography, CT and color Doppler ultrasonography(ultrasound frequency 10MHz), to evaluate the accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive pre- dictive value and negative predictive value and diagnostic coincidence rate. Results: The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value,negative predictive value and coincidence rate of CT in early diagnosis of breast cancer were higher than those of mammography and color Doppler ultrasound, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conelusion:CT is the best method in the diagnosis of early inflammatory breast cancer, but mammography and color Doppler ultrasound can be used as a screening method.
