基于突变级数法的内河航道疏浚绿色度评价

摘  要:针对内河航道疏浚工程绿色度评价,建立了目标层、分目标层、准则层、指标层等4级评价指标体系,选用突变级数法,对嘉陵江航道疏浚方案进行了评价。结果显示,嘉陵江航道疏浚方案绿色度水平为0.944,按照评价等级划分,该方案绿色度等级为优。Aiming at the green degree evaluation of dredging in inland navigation channel, the evaluation index system with four levels of target layer, sub-target layer, criteria layer and index layer is established. Combined with the example of Jialing River dredging project, the catastrophe progression method is used to evaluate dredging schemes. The evaluation results show that the green degree of dredging project in Jialing River channel is 0. 944, which is excellent class according to evaluation grade.
