摘　　要：在分析"贫困地区资产收益扶持制度"提出过程和内涵的基础上,根据国家政策和水电工程移民安置特点,提出了水电工程移民安置资产收益扶持概念;重点分析了该制度对移民安置提出的新要求,特别就土地入股安置进行了典型测算和分析,认为资产收益扶持制度不仅对水电移民安置提出了新要求,更贯彻了创新发展和共享发展的理念,在水电工程移民安置中具有广阔的应用空间。Based on the connotation of asset profit support system in poverty-stricken areas and the features of national policies and hydropower resettlement, the concept of asset profit support system for hydropower resettlement is put forward. The change of hydropower resettlement under this system is analyzed, and furthermore, the mode of land sharetlolder for resettlement is studied and a typical case is calculated. The result shows that tile support system of asset profit not only puts forward new requirements for hydropower resettlement, but also reflects the concept of development innovation and sharing. It can be widely used in hydropower resettlement.
