摘  要:针对钢筋下料作业线上各工序之间不平衡的现象,以动作经济原则和"ECRS"四大原则为指导,应用预定动作时间标准中的模特法(MOD法),对作业线上的瓶颈工序进行分析。根据瓶颈工序分析结果,设计相应的改善方案,并利用CATIA软件进行作业方案改进前后的人因工程评价。结果表明,瓶颈工序的工时显著降低,生产效率得到有效提高,且改进后的方案能极大改善作业人员的操作舒适性。In view of process imbalance in the preparation line of reinforcement, the bottleneck processes in production line are analyzed with the guidance of Motion Economy and ECRS principles and by using MODAPTS method ( MOD). According to the outcome of bottleneck process analysis, corresponding improvement plans are designed and the ergonomic assessment for improvement plans is conducted by using CATIA software. The results show that the working hours of bottleneck process are significantly reduced with an improved productivity, and the improved plan can significantly improve workers' operation comfort.
