品管圈活动在气管插管全身麻醉术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在气管插管全身麻醉术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月-2015年1月开展品管圈活动前进行气管插管全身麻醉术的60例患者作为对照组,选取2015年2月-2016年2月开展品管圈活动后进行气管插管全身麻醉术的60例患者作为观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组则开展品管圈活动。比较2组患者术中、术后护理不良事件发生情况,同时采用自制问卷调查表调查患者对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组术中、术后护理不良事件发生的概率显著低于对照组(χ2=11.868,P<0.001);观察组对护理工作的满意度高于对照组(Z=-4.976,P<0.001)。结论将品管圈活动应用于气管插管全身麻醉术患者,在一定程度上提高了护理人员的专业护理水平,使术中、术后不良事件发生的概率明显降低,同时也提升了护理人员的职业素养,营造了良好的护患氛围。Objective To explore the application of quality control circle activities in patients with tracheal intubation under general anesthesia.Methods Sixty patients receiving tracheal intubation under general anesthesia between January 2014 and January 2015 were selected into a control group,while another 60 undergoing the same treatment between February 2015 and February 2016 were chosen into an observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was carried out quality control circle activities.The nursing adverse events in and after the surgery were compared between the 2 groups.The patients′satisfaction to nursing was evaluated using a self-made questionnaire.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of nursing adverse events in and after surgery of the observation group decreased significantly（χ2=11.868,P〈0.001）.However,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（Z=-4.976,P〈0.001）.Conclusion Quality control circle nursing activities can improve the quality of nursing,lower the probability of adverse events during and after operation for patients receiving the tracheal intubation under general anesthesia.It helps to promote the professional quality of the nursing staff and create a good relationship between nurses and patients.
