中国对外传播话语体系面临的时势与挑战

摘　　要：本文从国际政治经济格局的演变轨迹出发,分析了国际传播领域可能出现的发展趋势和中国对外传播话语体系的转变机遇。在此基础上,作者指出中国对外传播要解决的问题应该从"世界如何看中国"转变为"中国如何看世界",并提出一套融合了传统文化资源、现代发展理念和革命建国平等诉求的话语体系建构方案。文章还总结了对外传播话语体系转型可能面临的各种挑战,并设想了推进转型的战略传播方案。Based on the evolution of the international political and economic situation,this paper analyzes the possible development trend and the changing opportunities in the field of China's international communication discourse system. On this basis,the author points out that the problem of China's international communication should be changed from'how the world sees China 'to 'how China sees the world'and put forward a set of ideas that combine traditional cultural resources, modern development ideas and revolutionary appeal. The article also summarizes the challenges that may be faced by the transformation of the discourse system of China's international communication,and envisages the strategic communication scheme to promote the transformation.
