循证护理在有创呼吸机护理中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的分析循证护理在有创呼吸机护理中的临床应用。方法选取我院慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发呼吸衰竭患者50例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循证护理,两组均采用有创呼吸机治疗,比较两组患者护理后各项指标变化。结果观察组慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发呼吸衰竭患者护理后动脉血氧分压和动脉二氧化碳分压明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在有创呼吸机护理中具有良好的护理效果。Objective To analysis the evidence-based nursing in the ventilator care in clinical application. Methods To choose our 50 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure, the control group using conventional care, observation group USES the evidence-based nursing, treatment with both groups have a breathing machine, comparing the indicators change after the two groups of patient care. Results The observation group of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure after nursing arterial blood oxygen partial pressure and arterial co2 partial pressure was better than the control group patients（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in nursing has a breathing machine has a good effect of nursing care.
