摘  要:目的探讨超声弹性成像技术(UE)评估原发性高血压飞行员颈动脉血管弹性的价值。方法选取原发性1级高血压飞行员31例,以50例健康飞行员为健康对照组。采用UE技术对所有患者行颈动脉、桡动脉超声检查,记录内-中膜厚度(IMT)、舒张末内径(Dd)、收缩末内径(Ds)和颈动脉血管弹性应变比值(B/Ac)、桡动脉血管弹性应变比值(B/Ar);测量并计算踝臂指数(ABI)。结果原发性高血压组与健康对照组比较,B/Ac、B/Ar的差异有统计学意义;原发性高血压组和健康对照组比较,ITM、ABI、Dd和Ds的差异无统计学意义。结论超声弹性成像可评价高血压病飞行员患者血管壁弹性的早期改变。Objective To investigate the ultrasound elasticity imaging technology(UE) assessment essential hypertension pilots carotid artery elasticity elasticity value. Method From primary grade 1 hypertension pilots 31 cases, with 50 cases of healthy pilots as healthy controls. The UE for all patients with carotid artery, radial artery ultrasound, intima-media thickness(IMT), end-diastolic diameter(Dd), contraction at the end of the inner diameter(Ds) and carotid artery elastic strain ratio(B/Ac), radial artery blood vessels elastic strain ratio(B/Ar). Measure and calculate the ankle brachial index(ABI). Results Compard with the control group, significant was detect in B/Ac, B/Ar. No significant difference was found in ITM, ABI, Dd and Ds between the study and control group. Conclusion UE could be applied in the evaluation of early vessel wall elasticity of essential hypertension pilots.
