摘　　要：目的观察右美托咪啶对硬膜外阻滞复合丙泊酚全麻患者血流动力学的影响。方法 60例ASA I^II级胃癌手术患者随机分为两组,Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组。分别记录各时段两组SBP和HR。结果 (1)SBP在Ⅰ组诱导后明显降低(P<0.01)。与Ⅰ组比较,Ⅱ组SBP更稳定(P<0.05)。(2)HR在Ⅰ组诱导后减慢(P<0.05),Ⅱ组HR在诱导后插管前减慢明显(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪啶对硬膜外阻滞复合丙泊酚全麻患者的血流动力学具有稳定作用。Objective To observe the effect of dexmedetomidine on hemodynamics in patients with epidural block combined with propofol anesthesia. Methods 60 patients with ASA I to II grade gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups, group I and group II. Two groups of SBP and HR were recorded respectively. Results（1） SBP decreased significantly after induction in group I（P〈 0.01）. Compared with group I, SBP in group II was more stable（P〈0.05）.（2） HR slowed down after induction in group I（P〈0.05）. In group II, HR slowed down before induction and intubation（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dexmedetomidine has a stabilizing effect on hemodynamics in patients with epidural block combined with propofol anesthesia.
