规范化护理配合在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨规范化护理配合在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中的应用效果。方法选取2015年10月至2016年10月在大连大学附属新华医院手术室进行腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的50例患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组25例,采取普通护理模式,试验组25例在对照组的基础上使用规范化护理配合,比较两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间。结果试验组各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜直肠根治术患者使用规规范化护理配合可以明显减少患者术中出血量、卧床时间、住院时间,值得在临床推广。Objective To study the standardization of nursing cooperation in the application of laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical effect. Methods October 2015 to October 2016 in Xinhua hospital affiliated to Dalian university of 50 patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical surgery, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group 25 cases, take ordinary nursing mode, experimental group 25 cases in the control group using standardized nursing cooperation, on the basis of comparing two groups of patients with intraoperative blood loss, operative time, length of hospital stay. Results Each index group were superior to control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing on the patients with laparoscopic rectal radical rules standardization cooperation can significantly reduce the bleeding amount of patients lie in bed time, hospitalization time, is worth popularizing in clinical.
