奥瑞姆自我护理模式在脑瘤术后患者护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的深入探讨奥瑞姆自我护理模式作用于脑瘤术后患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的40例接受脑瘤手术的患者作为研究对象,随机将40例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组20例;对照组行常规护理,观察组加入奥瑞姆自我护理。结果两组患者并发症发生率以及自我护理能力评估,观察组均明显占优(P<0.05)。结论在脑瘤术后对患者实施奥瑞姆自我护理模式能够提升患者的自理能力并降低并发症的发生,方法值得借鉴。Objective To investigate the effect of Orem self-care model applied in nursing care of patients with brain tumor after operation. Methods In our hospital 40 patients undergoing brain tumor surgery as the research object, 40 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 20 cases in each group; the control group received routine nursing care, self care Orem joined the observation group. Results Two groups of patients with complication rate and evaluation of self nursing, the observation group were significantly better（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In brain surgery for patients with Orem self-care nursing model can improve the self-care ability of patients and reduce the incidence of complications, the method is worthy of reference.
