摘 要:针对精密电子设备中对柔性电路板质量的高精度要求,该文设计了基于机器视觉的柔性印制电路板FPC表面缺陷检测系统,实现对生产线的产品质量自动化检测与监控;设计并搭建视觉检测硬件平台以获取优质图像;开发缺陷自动识别与分类的软件系统,设计缺陷识别与分类算法,对表面的焊点异常与划痕两类典型缺陷进行处理。试验结果表明,开发的软件系统与缺陷识别算法实现了对缺陷的准确识别,准确率达到90%以上,检测精度达到设计要求。Aiming at the high precision requirement of flexible circuit board in precision electronic equipment ,a FPC surface defect inspection system based on machine vision is designed,which can realize the automatic inspection and monitoring of the product quality. Design and build a visual inspection hardware platform to obtain high-quality im- ages. A software system for automatic defect recognition and classification is developed. Defects recognition and clas- sification algorithms are designed to deal with the defects of surface defects and scratches. The experimental results show that the developed software system and the defect recognition algorithm realized accurate recognition of defects. The accuracy rate is more than 90%,and the detection precision meets the design requirements.
