摘　　要：升麻属植物含有三萜及其苷类、酚酸类、色酮类等化学成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗病毒、抗核苷转运、抗骨质疏松、抗氧化、抗抑郁等诸多生物活性,临床主要用于围绝经期综合征等疾病的治疗。对升麻属植物的化学成分、生物活性以及临床应用情况的研究进展进行综述,为该属植物的深度开发提供参考。Medicinal plants in Cimicifuga L. contain triterpenoid glycosides, phenolic acids, chromones and other ingredients, showed biological activities of antitumor, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, anti-nucleoside transport, anti-osteoporosis, anti-oxidant, antidepression, etc, and have been used in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. This paper reviews the advances in studies on chemical constituents cimicifuga, focuses on the research progress of biological activities and clinical applications to provide a reference for further development of medicinal plants in Cimicifuga L.
